Making Good Your Commercial Office Space

In commercial office leasing, at the end of your lease term, you are required to return the office space to the original condition you received the space in.

You may have removed or installed partitioned walls, painted feature walls, installed a new reception counter or kitchen. Unless it was negotiated at the beginning of the lease to leave these additions at the end of your term, you will be required to remove these items and make good to restore to the original condition at the beginning of your lease term.
